About Charlotte

My clients often want to know about me, and that’s understandable.  But it’s important to remember that our sessions together aren’t about me, they are about you. Having said that, here’s a little about me.

Having chosen to leave the corporate life, I am now a professional counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).

My approach to counselling is about building a trusting relationship.  This relationship will form the  core of our time together.

I am trained within Person-Centred Counselling.  This provides the platform for me to provide support with most presenting problems.  Examples of these are:

  • Depression and Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Grief and Trauma
  • Abuse
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Anger
  • Relationship Issues
  • Parenting & Family Issues
  • Gender Identity
