A space to think more clearly. Genuine conversations. Meaningful change.

For people who are used to carrying a lot — professionally, relationally, or both — but sense there’s more going on underneath.

You might be someone who…

Outwardly, things look steady.

You manage. You cope. You get on with what needs to be done.

But underneath, things may feel a little more complicated.

You might be someone who:

❖ Is used to being capable and reliable, often the one others turn to
❖ Finds it difficult to properly switch off or put down responsibility
❖ Notices self-doubt or pressure building beneath the surface
❖ Doesn't often have the space to stop, think and process how things are actually feeling
❖ Has ways of coping that help in the moment, but don't always feel helpful in the longer term
❖ Knows that past or significant experiences still have an impact, even when they're difficult to explain or put into words

Therapy gives you somewhere to bring all of this, without having to carry it on your own

How I work

My approach is integrative, grounded in person-centred therapy, and shaped by the understanding that no two people experience life in quite the same way.

Our work together is led by what matters to you. There is room to slow things down, make sense of what you're experiencing and begin to understand yourself more deeply, including the thoughts, feelings or patterns that may not always be obvious on the surface.

About Charlotte

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, working in private practice and organisational settings, including with schools and leadership teams.

Working across these different settings has given me a real understanding of the pressures, expectations and responsibilities that people can carry, particularly when they are used to being the person who manages, leads, supports or holds things together for others.

Practicalities

Sessions are available in person and online.

Fully insured and Enhanced DBS checked.

Starting therapy doesn’t need to be a big or certain decision.

You don't need to know exactly what you want to talk about, or even be completely sure that therapy is what you need. If something here feels familiar or resonates with you, you're welcome to get in touch and we can start with a conversation.
